By signing up for a team training course at Athletic Studio, you will both get rid of your injuries and achieve your personal goals.

My name is Michael Drachmann Mikkelsen, and I guide you through all exercises with a particular focus on your needs:

- Authorized physiotherapist with experience from some of the country's most recognized clinics
- Sports physiotherapist who has retrained elite athletes
- Personal trainer for beginners and experienced

Before the start of the course, each participant undergoes a physiotherapeutic preliminary examination for current or previous injuries, an attitude analysis and objectives.

The training basically consists of:
- Individual guidance during training
- Exercises adapted to your goals and limitations
- Injury prevention training
- Mobility
- HIIT
- Functional training
- Strength training

As something very special at Athletic Studio, you get the same good energy and community from team training at the same time that your specific needs are put first, as if you were in personal training.

My belief is that the quality of the training improves when the clients are seen and guided through each and every exercise.

The training takes place outdoors, so remember to fill up the water bottle and wear training clothes that suit the wind and weather.
