Training course
When purchasing a team training course, the card is valid for 20 weeks. After 20 weeks, the card expires and cannot be used thereafter.
Fee for late cancellation of agreement
In case of cancellation or illness, please contact cancel the appointment at terapeutbooking.dk, or contact me by email or phone, the day before the agreed time before 12:00 AM.
In case of late cancellation or no-show, you will be charged a fee of DKK 550 corresponding to full payment for lost earnings.
Privacy policy
Information that Athletic Studio processes
In connection with your treatments in the clinic and when participating in team training courses, it is necessary for us to record and process information about you.
In connection with your treatment at the clinic, we record contact and identification information as well as information about your health conditions for use in the record keeping, which we are obliged to do according to health legislation.
The detailed rules can be found in Chapter 6 of the Authorization Act and in the Record Keeping Executive Order.
In addition to the health information we record about you, we may receive health information about you from other health professionals, e.g. your doctor, according to the rules in Chapter 9 of the Health Act.
The information is used to ensure good and safe processing of you and the administrative functions associated with it.
We may also register other information about you for billing purposes. This information is noted on the basis of the data protection regulation art. 6 pieces. 1, letters b and f.
We may also use your contact information for sending newsletters or other marketing initiatives. In that case, we first obtain your consent. This use is based on the data protection regulation art. 6 pieces. 1, letter a.
Disclosure of information
In accordance with the Health Act, we have a duty of confidentiality regarding your health and other sensitive matters.
Dissemination of health information outside the clinic may, as a rule, only take place with your consent. In special cases, according to the rules in the Health Act, disclosure can take place without consent. It will typically be for other healthcare professionals, e.g. your own doctor. The detailed rules on this can be found in Chapter 9 of the Health Act.
The information we have registered for settlement purposes is exchanged with payment intermediaries to the extent necessary to complete the payments. If your treatment is fully or partially paid for by someone other than yourself, e.g. by your region or by an insurance company, we will also pass on information about the treatment to the person who has to pay.
Your record is kept for the period determined by the Agency for Patient Safety. The applicable period is 5 years from the latest note in the record, cf. section 15, subsection of the record-keeping order. 2. In special cases, the record can be kept longer.
Information used for settlement purposes is stored for as long as is necessary for settlement and accounting purposes.
According to the data protection regulation, you have a number of rights in relation to our processing of information about you. If you want to exercise your rights, please contact us.
You have the right to gain insight into the information that we process about you. You also have the right to have incorrect information about yourself corrected, and in special cases you have the right to have information about you deleted.
According to Section 24 of the Authorization Act, we may not delete information in your record, but if you believe that there are errors in the record, you can ask for an addition to be made. For information that is not included in the patient record, you have the right to have incorrect information corrected or deleted. You also have the right to ask us to stop processing such information about you.

In general
Personal information covers all kinds of information that can be attributed to you to one extent or another. When you use our website, we collect and process a number of such information. This happens e.g. by general access to content if you register as a user or by other use of services via the website.
We typically collect and process the following types of information: A unique ID and technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile phone, your IP number, geographic location, and which pages you click on (interests). To the extent that you give explicit consent to this and enter the information yourself, the following are also processed: Name, telephone number, e-mail and address. This will typically be in connection with creating a login for online booking, or if you request to be called for an appointment for treatment.
Security
We have taken technical and organizational measures against your information being accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, degraded or coming to the knowledge of unauthorized persons, misused or otherwise processed in violation of the law.
Purpose
The information is used to identify you as a user and to provide the services you have requested, such as to be called for an appointment for treatment. In addition, we use the information to optimize our services and content.
Period of storage
The information is kept for the period of time permitted by law and we delete it when it is no longer needed. The period depends on the nature of the information and the background for storage. It is therefore not possible to specify a general time frame for when information is deleted.
Disclosure of information
Data about your use of the website and your geographical location are passed on to third parties to the extent that this information is known. The information is used for advertising targeting.
We also use a number of third parties to store and process data. These only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
Dissemination of personal data such as name and e-mail etc. will only take place if you give consent to it. We only use data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.
Insights and complaints
You have the right to be informed about which personal data we process about you. You can also object to the use of information at any time. You can also revoke your consent for information about you to be processed. If the information processed about you is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected or deleted.
